Founded by filmmakers and longtime creative collaborators Devin Jones and Nigel Gabbidon, is a full-service entertainment production company focused on original storytelling, cinematic visuals, and culturally authentic content. Based in the DMV region, RiteMind develops and produces feature films, scripted series, documentaries, commercials, branded content, and digital media designed to connect with modern audiences.

As Co-Founder of RiteMind Productions, Devin oversees development, production strategy, and business operations while helping shape the company’s long-term creative vision.
With experience spanning independent film, commercial media, and digital storytelling, Devin has helped lead RiteMind’s growth from a grassroots production company into an emerging entertainment brand with distribution partnerships and a growing slate of original content. His passion lies in creating relatable, character-driven stories that blend humor, realism, and cinematic style.

Nigel Gabbidon is an award-winning director, producer, and visual storyteller known for combining cinematic aesthetics with emotionally grounded storytelling. As the creative force behind many RiteMind productions, Nigel leads directing, visual development, and production execution across film, commercial, and branded projects.
Over the past decade, Nigel has worked across narrative filmmaking, advertising, music-driven content, and digital campaigns, helping businesses and artists elevate their visual identity through high-quality production. His directing style emphasizes authenticity, strong performances, and visually engaging storytelling that resonates with audiences across platforms.
