Matthew Boykin-Derrill was born in Detroit, MI and grew up in Baltimore, MD.  According to Matthew, "I've been acting ever since I was a little kid watching cartoons and pretending to be the characters from the shows and creating my own plot from the shows.  Later in life I wanted to become a successful actor after I did a commercial for a friend and fell in love  with the process."  Matthew has been acting for over two years now and has appeared in many productions including commercials, television shows, and movies.  Per Matt, "he's always looking for more productions and educational experience that will better my skills.  I like to think of myself as a friendly yet professional individual who wants to leave behind a legacy of work that will on through the years."
